San Ramon has some of the best golf links in the Tri-Valley area in Northern California. Nested in the rolling hills of the San Ramon Valley, the city enjoys year-round temperate weather and beautiful views of Mount Diablo. San Ramon Golf Club
San Ramon Golf Club is a beautiful 18-hole championship public golf course off I-680 and Alcosta Boulevard in the city of San Ramon. The course is both challenging for experts and fun to play. Beginning golfers will find it also a good place to sharpen their skills.
The Club’s manicured greens are a favorite of local golfers. The golf course can be walked or navigated on power carts which are available for rent. Regardless of how you play the course, you can be done with the course in less than four and one-half hours, which is faster than other courses in the area.
Greens fees are moderate and the club has a rewards club called the LoyalTee. The practice range is lit and open in the summer until 9 p.m. There are two practice greens for short game improvement, and the club’s PGA instructors are available to teach you the right techniques. There is also a swimming pool in the premises available for family memberships on an annual basis.

The Bridges Golf Club
In the wooded foothills of Mt. Diablo, The Bridges Golf Club is another favorite golfing green for San Ramon golfers. The Club is located 35 miles east of downtown San Francisco. The Bridges Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course. This daily fee course offers narrowly sloped fairways, quick greens, and heavily landscaped hillsides. There are two split fairways, elevation changes, and 85 yard-long 18th green.

The Bridges has a Practice Center with a lighted driving range with eight target greens, video analysis, custom club fitting and repair, two indoor teaching bays with state of the art video equipment, and putting green.
The Bridges also has tournament facilities that are available for customized tournaments. Tournament organizers have a wide array of choices and services to help create an outstanding event.

Dress Code is collared shirts or golf industry apparel at all times. T-shirts, tank tops, and denim are not permitted.
The Bridges is a public venue and can be rented for a special event or celebration.
Canyon Lakes Golf Club
Canyon Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course in the San Ramon Valley. Golfers can enjoy fabulous views of Mount Diablo as they play. The golf course is open to the public Monday-Sunday. Book a week in advance to secure your tee time. For tournament plays, call the pro shop at 925-735-6511, Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday call from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
